Old Time

I like the Taken With Teal color in this card, My mom told me that this is her favorite color. This color always brought me the feeling of Old Shanghai...I don 't know why. Like an elegant shanghai lady with beautiful smile and standing there quietly.

My best friend said:" Time is a beautiful old lady..." I like this sentence so much...

Great Friend

I have got my big shot from SU for 2 weeks, but don't have time to use them:(.... finally !! I can make card yeasterday during my little thesis break session!!!!

I found that I also bought the Stampin'Up! Billboard too, BUT! do not know I have to buy the extended Spacer Platform and the Decorative Strip Cutting Pads.. oh...that's bad.. I can not use them la ....

I use the Top Note Big Die Liza gave me as a gift!! wa..I like big die! Thanks so much Liza...This card is super simple, big shot is a very good tool for card making friends..so quick..-_-! Chose the basic black and Bravo Burgundy, cut out the little leaves with big shot and stamp the butterfly. Then the card is finished.. Hope I can make a more nice one next time when play with Big Shot.

It's time for Show us your sheetload of April 09!! The sketch this month is so great. So I wanna have a try...See the sketch below first:I saw some people using the Polka Dot Punches to make a flower the other day, that's pretty! So I started to try my own Polka Dot Punches in this sketch. It turns out to be good I think. I used the elegant eggplant color and add the Polka Dot Punches effect, then use the DCWV paper to be CS2 & PP2. Then the final card:)Paper: Elegant Eggplant (SU), Old Olive (SU), DCWV

Oh...Color Inspiration Challenge on kwernerdesign blog closed just now... ok, fine la...The card I made last night. The first card feels a little bit weird.. ok ...I know I really need some punches now!! Hope my new orders can come quickly!!!I use the free stamps of SU, I got them from marlene last weekend. Forever Love

Making cards is an amazing thing, not because the making process, but the purpose People want you to make. You can see different people experiences their different live, some people smile, some feel sorrow, some peple left but some come.

Last week a stranger asked me to make a card for a really old couple who have been together for 70 years...wow...the 70th wedding anniversary ! I can not imagine that... 70 years, two people still living in the world hand in hand. That's the real romantic love.

The card below is the one I made for my dear friend. She will give this card to a girl who are going to get married next month. This is my best friend's request:" Make a card that is so adorable, that even I would feel struggling to give it away."

Ok, card! Due to the influence by the 70 years thing, I named this card " Forever Love".
Hope we can have our own forever love O. Xixi......-_-!!!
